For a fixed reservation, we kindly ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount. Using IBAN and BIC (Swift), a transfer within the EU costs no more than a domestic transfer.

Booking conditions

• The listed prices are per person and per day, including half board and all Lammwirt services.
• Children's rates apply only with two full-paying adults in the same room.
• Stays are free of charge for children up to their 3rd birthday (except in the family studio "Bergkristall" and the family room "Panorama").
• A 25% discount on the half-board price is granted for the third and fourth person in the room.
• Single room supplement: €20.00 per person and day.
• For dogs, we charge €20.00 per day (without food).
• Local tax per adult (aged 15 and over): €3.15 per day.
• Payment methods: EC card, Maestro, bank card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or cash.
• All rooms are non-smoking rooms – smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
• Rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. In case of late arrival (after 6:00 p.m.), please give us a quick call. Otherwise, the rooms may be rented out after 6:00 p.m. if available.
• On departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 a.m.

General cancellation policy

• Up to 21 days before arrival: free cancellation
• 20 to 3 days before arrival: 50%
• From 2 days before arrival: 100%
• In case of no-show or early departure: 100%
• If cancelled on time, we will either credit the deposit or refund it.

Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to cover costs in case of short-notice cancellation.
