Its getting hot in here
After activity in the mountains around the Großarltal, nothing soothes tired muscles better than a session in the sauna, which is recommended in every season. Always available: invigorating teas, our natural mountain spring water, fresh fruit, and dried fruits.
The Finnish sauna is a true classic – hot and dry. At temperatures around 85 °C, it helps detoxify the body, strengthen the immune and cardiovascular systems, and stimulate the metabolism.
Experienced sauna enthusiasts will love our outdoor log cabin sauna. Enjoy mountain views while relaxing at 90 to 95 °C. In winter, a step into the snow provides the perfect cool down.
Many beginners prefer the steam bath, with 100% humidity and a relatively mild 48 °C. It is especially beneficial for the skin and respiratory system while being gentle on the circulatory system.
The gentle warmth of the infrared cabin indirectly warms the body. It is particularly effective for back pain and muscle tension, and it has also been shown to have a mild anti-inflammatory effect.
After the sauna comes cooling down, followed by complete rest! In our cosy relaxation room, you can let go of all your thoughts. Only the here and now matters.
