JOYFUL AND EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES FOR CHILDREN
Our farm with a petting zoo, which has been family-owned for generations and continuously expanded, is located right next to the hotel. The chickens, rabbits, cats, guinea pigs, dwarf goats, pigs, and, of course, our sheep with their lambs all love visitors of all ages.
Nature comes to life
With adorable animals waiting outside, it’s much easier to get the little ones to head outdoors. You’ll find our farm animals in the barn, in the meadows, or, in summer, sometimes up at our alpine pasture, Henebichlalm. A visit to the animals not only brings joy to children but also ensures fresh air and physical activity.
Therapeutic encounters
It’s been shown that interacting with animals benefits children’s development in many ways. Caring for animals enhances social skills and self-esteem. Children learn empathy and responsibility. Those who grow up around animals often find it easier to express their feelings.
